Each commanding officer has a power that charges as they take damage. Factories and capture points matter more than any single unit.
A city is income. Send infantry to the properties and keep a vehicle nearby so they are not picked off while capturing.
CO powers charge from damage dealt and taken. Spending it on a single infantry is worse than saving it for the turn the fronts meet.
