Willow

An action-adventure, based on the film about the apprentice Willow saving a child from an evil queen.

Capcom · 6–10 hrs

Difficulty

Capcom's overhead Willow, closer to Zelda than the film. XP, magic, and a world map with towns that sell the next sword. Bavmorda is a grind if you skip caves.

Tips

  • Start here

Farm until the sword doesn't bounce

Early hits that 'tink' mean grind. Buy magic that heals before magic that shoots. Talk to every dwarf twice.

  • Secrets

The later swords are story doors

A blocked forest is usually a missing blade or a missing NPC. Don't sell old swords until the new one is in the slot. Passwords after every town.
