Recall is a parry
Leviathan thrown and recalled will intercept a lot of projectiles. Yellow rings are parry, red are dodge; the shield that tries to parry red is how you eat a combo on Give Me God of War.

Apples and horns cap the bars
Idunn Apples and Horns of Blood Mead are the HP and rage caps. Lunda, Steinbjorn, and the other armor sets want resources you should not sell from the first Svartalfheim pass.

Draupnir detonate in the air
Plant Draupnir spears, launch, then detonate for an air execution that most elites cannot answer. Relic cancels (Hilt of Hofud realm-shift) turn a heavy combo into a freeze if you fire them mid-string.

Atreus is a stun bar
Tap Atreus to build stun, don't hold for a cinematic shot unless the elite is already staggering. Sonic arrows open the green plates; sigil arrows plus Blades ignite the hex for the actual damage.

Berserkers and Gna
Every Berserker gravestone is a mini-boss with a named trick (the dual-wielders punish greed). Queen Gna in Muspelheim is the fight people mean when they say the game has a real endgame.

Ravens and the Nine Realms in Bloom
The last ravens unlock the Odin raven boss in Niflheim. Flower-picking across realms is a separate armor-stat quest; mark it or you will miss a Svartalfheim bloom behind a late story gate.

Thor is a parry teacher
The first Thor fight is almost entirely yellow-ring timing. Dodge the red hammer slam, parry the rest, and don't empty Spartan Rage as damage if your equipped rage actually heals.

Cooldown vs strength
A cooldown amulet with relic spam (realm-shift, Sigil explosions) will out-DPS a pure strength chest on Give Me a Challenge. Socket the amulet enchantments for the set bonus you already started, not for three leftover stats.
