  • Start here

    Bowling is wrist, not shoulder

    A straight, late twist puts spin on the ball. A full-arm heave sends it into the gutter more often than the pins.

  • Multiplayer

    Tennis is timing

    Swing as the ball arrives, not when you see it leave the opponent. Early swings pop the ball up for an easy return.
